Visits were to the point! Expert exam by Alisha K. a NP.. a uro dynamic test and consult with Dr Tieu who gave me all the time I needed and explained my surgery options with no pressure..fast response to schedule my surgery and I was in awe how well that am went...workers worked well together and the surgical rooms were so spacious and CLEAN. I went to this provider 4 times ; never saw Dr Tieu. They offer only antiquated treatment options delivered by nurse practitioner. Don’t offer the latest equipment or treatment options. Found a real specialist and got needed treatment somewhere else.
Given a new patient appointment 5months away only to have the office manager call to cancel my appointment 2 week before. Never ever saw the doctor......but the time that lapsed waiting to see a doctor sure made my condition worse. I now have limited treatment choices. Some doctors need to be reminded why they became a doctor. Very disappointed in this doctor.
They care about their patients and what we go through as women. They take the time to listen and understand. I highly recommend them for urogynocology care.
Just as the other reviewer stated, you never see the doctor but the NP only. Went there for prolapse and the NP determined I needed a surgery and set up all the pre surgery tests. Not comfortable without seeing the actual physician to get surgery this way.
This is an excellent practice with a very professional and helpful staff. Meghan is extremely good and I would recommend her to all who needed a knowledge and experienced NP.
I called and made an apt. with Dr. Tieu. I arrived and I saw Meghan, Dr. Tieu's NP. I did not expect that and said so. I was there for a 2nd opinion on a serious disease that I have. Meghan told me that Dr. Tieu only does surgeries. So how does she do surgery if she does not see her patients or you have to see Meghan first who then you see Dr. Tieu if she feels that the patient needs surgery? I told Meghan what my disease was, showed her the diagnosis and she was not familiar with Lichen Sclerosis. She did not see my Lichen ... read more
Spending a lot of time in Dr, offices lately I can tell you I now know the importance of looking up others comments and recommendations when choosing a Dr.’s office Dr. Tieu and her ARNP- PA’s as well as her entire staff are about knowledgeable and kind, respectful and Caring about their patients and their health...Couldn’t recommend her more! They are wonderful one visit and you will see...Many Blessings
It's refreshing to find a doctor willing to explain options that I didn't even realize were available. It took 3 months to get my first appointment, but no complaint there. Now that I've had 2 visits, one with Dr. Tieu and the 2nd visit today as a follow up with one of her Nurse Practitioners, Suzanne, I am very impressed. The staff is friendly, actually looks you in the eye and acknowledges you. Dr Tieu was highly recommended and now I know why.
