I am a patient at the Native American Health center and apparently Dr Pratt is their ONLY dental surgeon. As I read these reviews I am sure that this is the same man that I just had a terrible experience with and I do not understand why this wonderful medical center is subjecting anyone to this person. Elizabeth ,his assistant, was wonderful,compassionate,listened well,professional. She is the only reason I got through this difficult procedure. He was none of the above.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Is this business handicap-accessible? No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility
Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all Did this provider have reasonable prices? No, it was expensive. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? No, he/she did not appear to care very much
My family and myself have been going to Dr Pratt for over 20 years, my 82 year old mother still travels from Hayward to Alameda for work performed by Dr. Pratt. We have been to 3 different dentists and they all recommed Dr. Pratt. Every experience from tooth removal to implants have been done with most utmost care and skill. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I highly recommed him to everyone.
As I was being put to sleep the Dr. made a comment - This is what we do to cats before we kill them. I was horrified and scared for my life. I then went to sleep and thankfully woke up in good condition. I would NOT recommend anyone see this Dr.
Dr. Pratt services were great in the removal of my wisdom teeth, but Tina who handles the billing portion was very unprofessional, did a poor job at checking out my plan and was very defensive when asked to explain herself. After I called my insurance plan and spoke with them, I understood why she was defensive, she did a poor job. She told me that I had plenty left on my plan before going over my max.
