I have been a patient of Dr. Tepper for over 20 years. Dr. Tepper is very processional, thorough, and always has provided detailed analysis and recommendations for next steps and how to proceed moving forward. Having any knee issues, Dr. Tepper is MAN.
Excellent care! Dr. Tepper was great. Spent time with me and clearly explained my diagnosis and options. Administered a cortisone injection, almost pain-free. I was apprehensive about my issues, but he put me completely at ease. All other staff were very kind, professional and considerate. Highly recommend the practice.
This office has canceled on me 3 times now, paid $35 copay and was refunded $30, that's unacceptable, they should have bumped someone else to get me in, canceling 3x is an absolute joke!
