Doctor Roll seemed knowledgeable. Although I was kept waiting over an hour, that wasn't the reason I won't be going back nor recommend him. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY GOSSIPY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The receptionist was rolling her eyes at everything I said from the moment I walked through door, and actually running to another office worker working in a weird small closet near reception desk to talk about me. I called the office for an appointment. Receptionist very condescending. Informed me insurance wouldn’t cover my procedure & treated me like a child for asking. I went to a practice in Albany, they submitted the bill and My medical insurance DID cover the majority of the bill. Misinformed and RUDE!
He is the greatest. Had 3 teeth extracted. No problems at all and this from a 86 year

I had such an amazing experience. From when you walk into the door to when you leave. The secretary is so nice and sweet and the nurses and, of course Dr. Roll. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest, and down to earth. It was the first major surgery I ever had and it was an amazing experience. I think Dr. Roll is the best oral Surgeon around, he's very knowledgeable of everything going on in your mouth, he's very smart, his staff is very kind and caring and calms you as nobody wants to be there, your in the best hands with this office
