Excellent experience from start to finish: 1. The tech (Yale) who did all of my tests explained everything and made me feel like a valued patient. He answered all questions appropriately and sensibly. 2. The exam by Dr. Miller was thorough (much more than any ophthalmologist I've ever experienced) and explained every detail.
