Called twice to get a hold of someone to schedule an appointment for my daughter to get her on therapy. Both times a man answered with a rude tone of voice. Saying they’re closed on Fridays when I told him I left a voicemail with my information to call me back on Monday. He said “you’re the parent.” Was extremely rude.
