Do not use this unprofessional, deceptive, inept, air-conditioning company and I use that word loosely. My 84 year old mother, called them during a heat wave and was given a week out for service, for Monday 8-12pm. The guy arrived at 4:00pm after a barge of phone calls from the place postponing the arrival time. Needless to say, they did not service the unit, what poor customer service.
