What a fantastic friendly crew! Exceptionally courteous and competent at what they do. My only grudge however, is the crown. Make sure your crown is sent out to an outside lab rather than produced in-house. Crowns produced in-house has habit of falling out prematurely from my experience. I think the reason for that is because the top of the crown produced in-house is just too flat, causing vacuum (suction) whenever you chew food. I can't tell you how their service is because I wasn't even allowed to have an appointment! When I first called this office, I was given an appointment FOUR MONTHS in advance. I tried to reschedule my "New Patient" appointment, due to something unexpected, a week in advance and I was informed that "they don't do that." The reason they don't reschedule new patient appointments is because "the people that reschedule their first appointment usually reschedule their second and fourth appointments."
