Been with Dr Tway for over 5 yrs and was verey happy, then a change in staff and it altered. I had a call to cancel my appointment he would be in surgery all day. she did not make a new appointment she said she'd call me. she didn't. I called no reply left messages several times on response in the end I called my insurance and they called with me on the line got straight through and was able to make my appointment , had two more then the same thing happened. it's been 5 weeks no one has called so it looks like I have to find... read more
Dr. Tway took care of my mom for 5 years. His confidence and attentiveness to her condition , made us both confident of his decisions in her care. For 5 years, I appreciated the staff for all their kindness and dedication to delivering good customer service. Always representing Dr. Tway in a very professional manner. Thank you.
He put my 2nd pacemaker in and didn't do a good job. He didn't have a medical assistance so the secretary in his office put on the extents For my pacemaker check. Which was highly unprofessional. This was my 2nd visit to his office. he checked my pacemaker and sent me on my way. He never discussed my discomfort I had.
I was referred to Dr. Tway by my interest after receiving a CT Cardiac Scan. Along with tahat test Dr. Tway's staff also took an EKG at his office and ordered a blood lipid test. It has been three weeks and I still have not received a return call or email from his office. I have not been told about Dr. Tays evaluation of my condition. I have sent three messages on his website and mailed a letter to him regarding my desire to learn his findings and recommendations. Dr. Tway is an extraordinary physician
I have been a patient of Dr Tways for several years. I found him to be a EXCELLENT HEART DOCTOR AND SURGEON.
Dr. Tway is a class act. Great bed side manner in and out of the hospital. I feel very confidant in his diagnosis and prognosis.. He spends as much time with you as is necessary and you never feel rushed.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Tway. I got an appointment quickly, which is rare on the Central Coast. His investigation of my symptoms was thorough, and I felt well cared for. He took the time to explain what was going on and gave me clear and concise information. Brittany also was pleasant, helpful, and friendly. Unfortunately, the receptionist was icy and quite agitated.
