Office staff and Doctor was friendly and efficient. Looking forward to future visits and getting back to feeling and moving better.
Not impressed with the services I received and was overcharged for said services. His desk staff stated that $39.71 was the co-pay for an office visit under Medicare coverage but the fee for an office visit is $55 thus the Medicare co-pay should have been 20% of $55 or $11. I was charged $39.71 and told that was the co-pay amount I’m responsible for this an office visit fee would be $198.55 and not $55. They are more interested in relieving you of your monies than the pain you suffer from.
