I contacted Ken after speaking with multiple electrical companies. Ken was honest and up front about the cost to the services that I needed. He went out of his way to make sure that the job was done right. His professionalism and great work ethic was superior. I will only use Ken for any of my electrical needs. Ken & Chris came out to my home yesterday to check why I was missing power to one floor in my home after the storm. These two gentlemen were so professional they searched every outlet and switch . My home is An extremely old farmhouse so there are wires everywhere. I was starting to get to the point of telling them to just give up after watching them work so hard to find the issue. emergency service repair after snow storm.... ken said he would call back and he did.... ken said he would come by and look over problems, he did.... ken said he would be there at 12pm the next day with needed material to do job, he showed up and completed the job as arranged.... no BSing around, straight to the job at hand, finished and contacted the inspector who contacted ppl.... power back on a few hours later.... i am 35years in the electrical trade but age and limitations would not allow me to do this job myself.... ha... read more
