I attempted to schedule an appointment three separate times, but the front desk experience was incredibly disappointing. Each time, my call was placed on hold immediately upon being picked up. On one occasion, a staff member finally spoke to me, only to put me back on hold indefinitely without ever returning to the line. It is nearly impossible to get through to actually speak with someone, which makes me question the efficiency of the rest of the practice.
Had an eye emergency with a family member. They were kind, helpful and saw her right away!
I have been seeing Dr. Darvin for a number of years and have been very happy. He is very knowledgeable, takes time to answer any questions I have, and in general is extremely nice to have as my eye doctor. I don't worry because I know he will be right on top of any issue that will come up and is always very thorough with my eye exam.
