The front desk very rude, specially the office manager, my daughter have an appointment for her physical, they called her 15 minutes before her appointment to canceled claiming that she didn’t do her bloodwork and that it was her responsibility to call them, if they new she didn’t have the bloodwork why they just canceled her appointment 15 minutes before and don’t let her know before? Makes me sad to see all these negative reviews about scheduling..has anyone else realized that the health care system is being taxed? That there arnt enough workers? You all should be lucky you get to speak with a actual person at the desk! Most offices have converted to a outside answering services to schedule your appointments. Which takes that one on one relationship with your doctor and staff and just turns you into a number. Be appreciative, the world does not revolve around you. Called during office hours 10am on a Monday that wasn't a holiday and recording even repeated hours they were open. No one answered the phone. Crazy.
I called his office today. Explained to staff i have severe chrones disease. Dr miller told me to see him specifically to discuss further treatment. I was told appt would be over 4mos away. When i asked for earlier date to see him i was told to call everyday to see if he had cancelation. They cant make a list for people to call when they have a cancelation???? He has been my doctor over 20 years. I dont ask for appts unless i need it. Sad to see how office staff does nothing to help.
