Got to the doc office at 11 on time like they asked so I could fill out new patient paperwork. Took me about 1/2 hours to complete that and had to make some adjustments to it also. Waited in the waiting room for a little while and then I was called to go back. Got to one of the rooms at around 12 noon and the nurse assistant said the doc was running a little behind and that there was one patient ahead of me. 12:30 and still waiting to see the doctor……..12:45 doc came in and in 15 minutes we were done. He is very efficient & direct in his manner of speech. He cares about his patience and wants the best for them, & very knowledgeable.
I have been waiting 5 days for my RX refill to be approved, I keep calling and leaving messages and talking to receptionists, but I guess the doctor is too busy to spend 5 damn seconds approving my rx refill. Would not recommend this place. Update: Well it’s time for another rx refill, and I have been fighting with the doctor’s office for over a week just to get them to do their jobs. This place will hold your prescription hostage to squeeze another pointless copay out of you. Run for the hills.
