The dentists and the procedures were great and I would recommend them, just make sure you know all of your insurance coverage prior to interacting with the front desk. The issue was the amount left on my insurance being mistaken by the front desk. I went to the office to find times available for a procedure but before confirming a time I called my insurance to confirm I had enough to cover it. I was having horrible tooth pain a few days before Christmas. I was lucky enough to find a wonderful dentist who immediately called Endodontic Specialists to see if they could take me the same day for a root canal. Dr. Shahata was able to fit me in his schedule and the whole experience was amazing. Everything was explained thoroughly and I was comfortable during the whole procedure. Honestly they were so good I’m like what just happened. I called them with a referral and tooth pain, got me in at 2 home by 4. Root canal. It was so fast yet great bedside manner. Perfect level of personal and care but respectful of everyone’s time. I’m like I had crazy pain a day ago and now I’m sitting at home on a Friday grateful to my endo who rescued me like a super hero. It was my very first root canal and it was not too bad to be honest. I was in there for about an hour, but it felt like I was only there for 30mins. I had Dr. Shahata he is very professional and honest with me. I really recommend coming to this location 10/10!
