I have never been so disrespected before in my life. I have been dealing with ear issues since August and I had to go through so much to get here only to be treated so horrible. The worst!!!!!!! I ruptured my eardrum in February 2017 because of a bad ear infection and was referred Dr. Mak by my primary doctor after the rupture didn’t heal after 3 months. I saw him 3 times throughout the year of 2017 and at every visit, he would BARELY glance at my ear, ran NO tests, and he kept telling me that it would heal on it’s own. On his last day of employment before he left to work at Kaiser, I saw him for the last time and he claimed that my eardrum had HEALED. I INSISTED that he look again because I was 100... read more
Told me I was lying about my throat bleeding. Horrible dr. Would NEVER suggest him to anyone. Do not see him. Wish I could give him 0 stars.
After reading two negative reviews I was worried. I thought Dr Mak was nice & funny. His Medical Assistant was so kind and even came in and stayed by my side while he did a very uncomfortable procedure of my throat. So the limited one time visit I had it was fine. Of course nobody is better than my primary Dr.
