My grandmother was supposed to have spine surgery with Dr. Kozlow, unfortunately the insurance company gave us the go around. Dr. Kozlow fought for her to still have the procedure, but they required more hoops. Once those hoops were jumped through, the surgery was rescheduled. Unfortunately, they still hadn't approved it prior to the day of. Dr. Kozlow knew that my grandmother was getting worse every day and truly couldn't bear the pain.
