Nurse the front desk staff and nurse Denise were affable and professional. My child commented that ‘it didn’t hurt. That’s how you do vaccines’.
The office provides us with several reminders of our appt. They always return calls in a timely manner, including the after hours line. The front desk staff is always kind and works to make sure that the patient experience is good. The medical staff is great, especially when dealing with little ones getting shots. I have great experiences with all the doctors. I am happy to have Dr. Brown as our primary doctor for our little one, she answers our questions honestly and approaches our daughter with so much care. We met with Dr. Bolton for our first two appointments home from the hospital with our baby girl. Dr. Bolton was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and very clear in her answers to all of her questions.
