My partner enjoys having Dr. Kay as their PCP: Kay is professional, thorough, and has good bedside manner. Nevertheless, dealing with everything outside the appointment itself is exceptionally frustrating. Appointments have started anywhere from 15 - 45 minutes late due to overtime that compounds throughout the day, and since Kay is only in on Monday/Wednesday/Friday, one is likely to receive responses -- even time sensitive ones -- well over a day late. I've been with Dr. Kay for over 15 years and has been a great person to have as my primary physician. He listens well and provides excellent feedback. I trust what he is telling me and doesn't water down information. I highly recommend him.
I have been going to Dr Kay for several years, and I find him very knowledgeable, but more importantly caring. It is nice that he is never rushed and spends time explaining things. Roxanne , his nurse, is the same. I totally trust my medical care to this exceptional team.
