On my first visit with Dr Erdmann I knew that I had found a great doctor, with whom I could talk freely and who listened to my complaints patiently. I know that I am in good hands with him.
Dr. Erdman and his nurse are very thorough when finding out what the problem is. The last visit was a 'sick' call, not regular checkup, so you would think it would be rushed, but they do not rush through the visit and answer any questions that you have.
After a visit to Geisinger Urgent care where they told me I had the flu without even testing me, and they didn’t do any X-rays to even see if I had pneumonia, I went to see Dr Erdman who did confirm I had pneumonia, and gave me the appropriate medications for treatment.
Went over my bloodwork and he listened to my needs.
Dr. Erdman provides exceptional quality care! He listens and has compassion towards his patients. He demonstrates empathy towards individuals and tries to work with the patients condition, health status, and financial status guarantee the patient receives quality care that is prompt. I would recommend him to everyone!
