I was seen in a timely manner. Dr. Erdman makes me feel like he truly cares about me and my family. He is knowledgeable and explains things if I don't understand. He is willing to let me give my opinions. He is respectful.
The visit took a minimum amount of time. I was ushered back to a room just as I was done checking in. I was interviewed by an assistant, saw Dr. Erdman, and had a pneumonia shot in about 30 minutes.
Have been a long time standing patient of FPC. Dr Erdman always finds a way of providing the time I need to understand how I can manage any health issues that may arise.
Dr. Erdman is superior in doing osteopathic manipulations. He has helped me feel better countless times.
Dr E is easy to talk to.. takes his time to listen and address concerns.. he has been my Dr since 2005
On my first visit with Dr Erdmann I knew that I had found a great doctor, with whom I could talk freely and who listened to my complaints patiently. I know that I am in good hands with him.
Dr. Erdman and his nurse are very thorough when finding out what the problem is. The last visit was a 'sick' call, not regular checkup, so you would think it would be rushed, but they do not rush through the visit and answer any questions that you have.
After a visit to Geisinger Urgent care where they told me I had the flu without even testing me, and they didn’t do any X-rays to even see if I had pneumonia, I went to see Dr Erdman who did confirm I had pneumonia, and gave me the appropriate medications for treatment.
Went over my bloodwork and he listened to my needs.
