Very pleasant staff, from the person checking in patients, to the doctor. Dr. Shimozaki takes time to explain procedures and options. He is attentive, professional, and has a sense of humor. I have complete trust in his approach to my treatment.
I've been going to Valley Podiatry for over 20 years and I've never had a complaint. Thev waiting time was short and the staff and doctors were friendly, efficient, and answered any questions I had.
Dr. Shimozaki, was warm, he was comforting. He told me exactly what was going on, didnt try and sell me something I didnt need. Always a Friendly office and Dr Schimozaki is always so personable and very kind! He keeps my feet in the best shape and pain free!! You never have a long wait to see Dr and it is always a lively conversation when Dr is in with his patients! I always loook forward to my appointments!
