First time client. Appointment with Carissa. Had time constraints due to an upcoming meeting. She knew exactly what I needed. Did a great job and appreciate her expertise and input! Everybody in the salon is very sweet and welcoming
Carissa is Amazing! Highly recommend! She is a master at grey blending! I absolutely love my hair! She also fixed my mop of a cut & brought back my self-confidence, especially when styling my hair with her amazing skills! I will be back!! Iron River, Crystal Falls, Iron Mountain friends, go see Carissa!!
Absolutely dumbfounded. Went for a trim and had my hair braided before I left so I didn’t see how godawful it was until the next evening when I took the braids out. Unacceptable and incredibly disappointed. I lost over 2 years of growth to attempt to fix this crap. If I could give zero stars I would.
I just want to say thank you to the Kenneth James Salon and all your support with Iron Mountain Little League. Kenneth James has sponsored our team for years and have also been nice enough to give us treats for every game as well. All the girls appreciate everything Kenneth James Salon has done for us. Thank you again
