It was our first appt today. The whole experience from front office. Exray tech to the Dr. Was very positive. We did not wait long from check in to be called. Dr Jahng is warm, patient, kind, and does smile often. His Spanish is excellent. He cares about connecting with client. I don't usually write reviews but if I had paid attention to negative reviews, I may have missed out on a great experience.

They have the worst people to schedule you. They first say that they called you to confirm an appointment when they never called. Then you have to be calling them all day to schedule your appointment, and for some reason, they do t schedule it!!! The next day they call you to tell you they have another appointment available for you when you already had that same day appointment!!! You try to talk to their supervisor and he backs them up!! My previous Dr. longer accepted my medical coverage, so after reading so many positive reviews from Dr. Jahng’s patients I decided to pay him a visit. The earliest available appointment was six weeks out, so I booked it in hopes of having the same experience as others. On the morning of my appointment I received a call from the doctor’s office stating they had to reschedule.
