I contracted Mr. Jackson to install a new metal roof. His crew showed up on time and prceeded to do the install. The job took a week to complete and every evening the crew cleaned the yard. Once complete, Mr. Jackson did a final walk around with me to make sure everything was as it should be. His crew was extremely respectful and helpful throughout the process.
I have been calling since May to have the roof they put on not even a year ago repaired due to multiple leaking spots. Someone came and looked said oh I don't have right color I'll have to order, said he would come out on multiple occasions and never shows. Then we get well because of all the rain we can't come... we'll my roof has gone from 2 leaks to 5!!! For a new roof I should have absolutely NO leaks!!! My next step is legal because we can't get a phone call back and they have been no shows on multiple occasions.
