After waiting almost 2 months for an appointment. I receive a call two days before my appointment to push it back another 2 months. I'm not saying that this is a reflection of Dr. Higgins but more reflection of baystate in general. Unpleasant reception, overworked, double booked, and the staff really just doesn't care anymore. When I have a good experience in the Bay State medical system, it sticks out like a sore thumb because we're just getting used to having a bad experience.
