Office staff are the most unprofessional group of people I've ever encountered in any dentist office anywhere.
Dr. Higgins is kind, gentle, professional and cheerful person who creates a relaxed atmosphere in his office. His office staff are helpful, friendly, and capable. I used to hate going to the dentist but because of Dr. Higgins and staff I really don’t mind going to the dentist anymore.
