It is always crowded and I don’t like the ping-pong movement between rooms and their waiting areas. When I asked for my expected time in the office, the automatic response by the old receptionist is 1 hr to 1.5 hrs, without looking at the reason for my visit. Jazel at the front reception area was very kind and understanding, she along with the young girl who saw me in the back made the visit pleasant.
