Thank you, Dr. Gerzberg. I broke my ankle in January 2022. Three years later, my ankle is strong. Sometimes I forget for days that I ever had a surgery. I know each injury and outcome is different. For me, I'm glad that I chose Palm Beach Orthopedic Institute.
Unnecessary Surgery Gone Bad He performed a tibial tendon repair in 2021, which was the reason for my seeing the doctor. During surgery, he decided to restructure my foot having nothing to do with my tendon tear. I have had nothing but problems with that foot ever since. The work he had done to my heel for the tendon tear has been fine and has nothing to do with the additional, unnecessary work he did for the same foot. Dr. Gerszberg and his team are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They made my visit a very pleasant one. A special thanks to Donna too. She is great.
Dr. Gerstzberg was excellent. He answered all my questions and concerns. He was thorough in his examination of my broken foot and took X-rays, ultrasound for any blood clots and showed me how to properly wrap my swollen foot in an ace bandage. His nurse, Donna was excellent too. She cared and helped me get around. A terrific team!
