Worst experience that I ever had. There was no empathy sympathy or compassion from the front of the house. They had had my referral for over a month and finally I had to contact them. Set my appointment pretty quickly. I take medical rides because I cannot drive. Weather was atrocious and there were several tender Benders along the way.
