Would not recommend this doctor or his team to anyone. I saw him a few months back and he was cold and not very informative but I could get past that. Well, I have another active cyst that is extremely painful. I can barely walk. I called and they could not get me in with him for an entire week. (He’s only in office 2 days a week). I asked if a different physician in the office could see me and they told me no because that’d be stealing money from Dr. Smith. I will never again step foot in this office.

Worst experience that I ever had. There was no empathy sympathy or compassion from the front of the house. They had had my referral for over a month and finally I had to contact them. Set my appointment pretty quickly. I take medical rides because I cannot drive. Weather was atrocious and there were several tender Benders along the way. I had called and told them that I would be late and they said that would be fine. Was exactly 22 minutes late.
