Great urologist was very informative and made sure we understood everything. Hard to find a good urologist but he's one of the good ones.

Dr. Ewane is a very good doctor and has treated me with the upmost respect and dignity. His office staff and receptionist on the other hand are extremely rude and unwilling to help his patients. My transportation to make my appointments is not the best as I am too ill to drive and must travel some distance to his office. The doctor and I had the understand that I may be a little late to my appointments due to my condition. His office staff has sent me away for being a little late (15 mins) with out checking with Dr. Ewane. I... read more
My aunt 79 year old aunt is dealing with a very critical urological problem. Her PCP sent her here and when she called, they were very dismissive of her condition and told her very matter-of-fact that there were no appointments until August. She decided to drive herself to the office to ask if there was any way the doctor could see her sooner, and the scheduler/receptionist say 'no'. If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Ewane is affiliated with Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco and was scheduled to see my father for a matter that required prompt medical attention. Not only did he fail to show up for his rounds, but when the nurse called to follow up, he responded rudely and dismissively, saying, “You do not tell me when I need to come in.
