Requested medical records from their office and she refused because she said i wasn't a client any longer?? And i thought medical records were a given regardless?!? They've really went downhill with many of their office staff!! Hence why i stepped to a different primary care practice!!! I've been there a long time including other family and we've all left their practice messages you wonder if this practice can go so down considering where they I one were sad and pathetic!!
Dr. Smith was my mother's doctor for many years all the way up to a few months ago when she passed away. He was always there to get her in whenever something came up or a quick phone call away, where he would go above and beyond doing extra to make sure she got the right medications or just to have her come in to listen and help her anyway possible that he could. Worst staff, rude, sarcastic and unprofessional, Doctor is not that great, answering service does not call you back, not concerned about your healthcare at all, my husband and I will never be back
