Absolutely terrible practice. I have severe anxiety, panic and PTSD. They refused to prescribe me medication that has worked for me in the past and instead opted to say I’m “autistic” for 3 sessions in a row. They eventually pressured me into taking a medication that I explicitly stated has not worked well for me in the past, leading to a massive panic attack. Fantastic practice! Dr Goolsby is a rare breed, so kind and patient. Ann Marie Peck (DNP) is just a beautiful soul and has helped me tremendously. If you are experiencing the need for psychiatry, this is a place to get help and heal.

My primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Goolsby when he could not manage my severe depression and anxiety. I did not want to see a psychiatrist but now I understand psychiatry is a specialty for the brain/mind just as cardiology is for the heart. Why not see a specialist? I am so glad I did. Dr. Goolsby was able to help when no one else was. I now see the referral as divine intervention. I am not sure where I would be today without the care and genuine concern of Dr Goolsby. Dr. Goolsby and Ann Marie have truly changed my life. I’m so grateful for their care, compassion, and support over the years. There was a time when I had given up, but they never gave up on me. TMS has given me hope again and has made a real difference in my fight against depression and anxiety. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is struggling—they genuinely care about their patients.

I was a patient for approximately a year and a half. Aside from my personal issues, I felt that the treatment was sometimes effective. Over the past few months, my medications were being adjusted, and I was advised to discontinue one medication and wait a few days before starting a new one.
