Fantastic practice! Dr Goolsby is a rare breed, so kind and patient. Ann Marie Peck (DNP) is just a beautiful soul and has helped me tremendously. If you are experiencing the need for psychiatry, this is a place to get help and heal.
My primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Goolsby when he could not manage my severe depression and anxiety. I did not want to see a psychiatrist but now I understand psychiatry is a specialty for the brain/mind just as cardiology is for the heart. Why not see a specialist? I am so glad I did. Dr. Goolsby and Ann Marie have truly changed my life. I’m so grateful for their care, compassion, and support over the years. There was a time when I had given up, but they never gave up on me. TMS has given me hope again and has made a real difference in my fight against depression and anxiety. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is struggling—they genuinely care about their patients.
I was a patient for approximately a year and a half. Aside from my personal issues, I felt that the treatment was sometimes effective. Over the past few months, my medications were being adjusted, and I was advised to discontinue one medication and wait a few days before starting a new one.
