Dr. Defontes was great. Personable, knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. He explained everything, provided complete benefits, risks, and alternatives without bias, and he also took the time to listen and answer every question. It felt efficient with time while avoiding feeling rushed. And our time was respected too, as we had almost no waiting at all. Good experience, and both I and my 15 year old daughter (who was deciding on a surgery), left feeling confident in him 100%.
