People friendly place. Large waiting room with a bathroom. People there treat you wonderful. I would love to see a wound care specialist added to his staff. I like the medical appliance person too.
Front desk girls are very nice. Dr is great!
I am a nurse and worked in the Operating Room for 22 years. Some surgeons like to "drive the bus" telling their patients what they need to do, giving them little choice in their care. Dr. DeFontes is NOT one of those physicians. I appreciate that he explains everything, gives me options and choices, and allows me to make some of the decisions in my care. I tend to be much more compliant with the treatment plan when I feel like I have some control!
