Mr. Kenneth Davis was hired to appraise approximately 12 houses in Griffin, GA. I am the property manager/owner of all 12 properties. After he visited the properties and took pictures and measurements he decided that he could not do the appraisals the way the company who hired him wanted to. I spent countless hours arranging times and appointments to get him in. The fact that he wasted my time and the residents time is unacceptable.
