Very thorough. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Providers are both very knowledgeable and seem to care about patients. Weight time was less than 15 minutes.
If you value your life, then keep looking for another doctor. If anyone has had to stop seeing this practice you will know exactly what I’m talking about. If you’re looking for a family doctor, then keep looking! Terrible doctors!
Terrible! The automated service will call to confirm appointment. Then the staff will call the day of to cancel. Yes! The day off! Prescriptions are often called in wrong & the reason was because most don’t take it that way (so the chart wasn’t checked?). It’s as if Dr. Wilgers prefers to focus more on his cosmetic and hormone replacement clinic nearer to houston. Dr. Wilgers found a life long health issue that has been plaguing me with his first set of blood tests. No other doctor saw what was going on. I will forever be grateful and amazed that he had the knowledge to dig deeper into the blood test results to find my issues. Great office and staff. Never more than me and one other patient in the waiting room. The lab is in the same building across the hall. 10 out of 10 recommend!
Dr Wilgers and his staff take their time to ensure all visits or phone calls are handled with care. It truly eases my mind that all my healthcare needs are far exceeded by Doc and his staff! I couldn't give a higher recommendation!
Dr. Wilgers doesn't believe COVID is real or worth taking seriously and doesn't think masks are needed or useful. Most of his nurses and staff don't think so either. He's still prescribing hydroxychloroquine to COVID patients despite months of overwhelming evidence it doesn't do anything for COVID and thinks all problems (including COVID) can be solved by taking enough vitamins. Strongly recommend you avoid him.
