Quality of dentistry is very high. My experience with this dentistry has been some difficult cases for treatment, and this office is highly skilled in that. General care is great too. My lower rating is a result of the office staff. The downfall of this office is scheduling, and communication with billing and fees. More than a just a dentist. Dr. Ochi's knowledge of dental problems well exceeds that of general dentistry. My entire family has been going to him for years, and found him to be very painless and very thorough. He's been wonderful at pinpointing other physical conditions that are creating dental issues. He's excellent at finding solutions to minimize or eliminate their impact on my teeth. Also, I don't know of any dentist that will give you their cell phone and home numbers to call if you have problems after office hours.
