Made my wife happy! – Emily did a great job with my new haircut. My wife was ecstatic when she came home to see my long gray curly hair gone. A happy wife makes a happy life! I'll be back!
Best Haircut Ever! – I don't know what that other person is talking about! I wanted something new, my stylist came up with a suggestion, showed me a picture, explained everything she was doing and everyone who has seen my new cut and color has said WOW! I've sent several of my friends and everyone has been very pleased!
Worst haircut ever – I got the worst haircut I've ever had this past week at Kenneth Cote. I told the woman who was cutting my hair that it didn't look like she was doing what I wanted but she said it would look like I wanted. It didn't. Now I'm stuck waiting weeks for my hair to grow out.

NOT HAPPY!!! :( – I AGREE!!! I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL TO BE THERE THE WATER RUNS OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF SERVICE. LOL!! AND THEY CALL THEMSELVES A RENEWAL CENTER. THEY SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THAT. I HEARD IT HAPPENS ALOT.

It has been fixed. Most people can appreciate that occasionally there might be a technical problem but our staff will still bend over backwards to please you and give you a pleasant salon/spa experience.
Not happy – I had my hair highlighted and cut. Was unhappy with both for a number of reasons. Was offered to come back in and have the hair corrected. I went in a second time and was still unhappy with the results. My hair does not look like I had it colored and cut at a professional high-end salon. I am going to another salon to get the hair corrected. Kenneth Cote salon will not refund my money. They stated that they do not do cash refunds.

We prefer to work with you when you are less than 100% pleased. A cash refund does not make you happy with your hair and our goal is your complete satisfaction. Our work is guaranteed. 100%.
It doesn't get any better – What a great experience I had this past weekend at Kenneth Cote Salon. I, along with two of my bridesmaides, went in for a trial run for hair and make up. After a terrible experience at Salon Aurora I was a little leary to go. The place was awesome! Richard, Cindy and Barbara are the best. I had star treatment and looked like a princess. All brides should go!
Outstanding – The staff is the most friendly I've ever encountered in a salon/spa environment and I've been to many. You can immediately pick up on how well the staff get along together. The spa service was amazing, especially the massage and the hair services (cut and color) are unsurpassed. I highly recommend them to anyone. Very family oriented.
