Taliyah is amazing! Sorry if name was spelt incorrectly. She was immediate in her response and worked me in short notice for a literal 16 1/2 process from red to platinum blonde. She took all the time and effort needed to make this a positive experience and was extremely thorough from beginning to end. She even had a 30min phone conversation about my hair and sent pics etc before ever meeting. She quoted me 8 hours and stayed true to her quote despite the extra time and product. I adore Kenneth! I just recently relocated back to WA and was in desperate need of a new hair stylist. I tried SEVERAL and was just not happy with the end result.
