Honestly at my wits end trying to get a decent response from your Customer Care after a pair of your shoes sliced open my foot the first time I wore them. It's been over a month and I am proactively chasing Kenneth Cole for a resolution and have only received copy and paste responses; no solutions and certainly no decent level of customer service. What other contact method can I try if I purchased in the US and am based in Hong Kong?
I’ve known (trust me—my shoe collection shows) how great KC’s product are, but after visiting the sale your staff (Phil, Christy, Lena & OTHERS) gave me another reason to praise your best product— customer service! It almost felt like I was home—until I had to pay. LOL!!! Thank you, SO MUCH!!!
