Very personal, down to earth and great staff.
Always on time. Always seems nice, but does not have patience with procedures. He's always busy (too busy), doesn't take his time. Expensive (check price's first). Expensive & too busy = greed. Doesn't like to correct his mistakes. Now that he is older, he is no longer patient, as such, I wouldn't like to take my kid(s) to him. He couln't seem to get enough things (5-6) placed into my mouth at one time - so when I gaged - he was very irritated and didn't want to take it slow - so that I wouldn't gag.
Kenneth C. Brandt, DDS I was one of Ken??s first patients when he began his practice, and he has given me excellent service for more than 30 years. I see him every six months, and the regular maintenance has meant very few problems over the years. Complaints about a busy practice and scheduling an appointment to me are testament to the quality of the service rendered. I always schedule my next appointment when I??m there; early morning usually means no waiting.
Dr. Brandt has a great chair-side manner. Appointments run on time, never had to wait. Front desk staff are very helpful with appointments and questions regarding procedures. Dental Hygiensits are very thorough with cleanings. Great dentist!!!
Did not have good experiences with this dentist Dr. Brandt has a large clientelle and a nice office staff. Unfortunately it is difficult to schedule an appointment time with him. He also recommended work everytime I would go in for a six month check up. His appointments did not run on time.
Dentist in Mount Airy Dr. Brandt has an office located on Blue Rock Road very near Colerain avenue. His office staff is polite and helpful when you are trying to schedule your appointment. The hygenists typically complete their work in a timely manner, but you will sometimes be waiting in the chair for awhile for Dr. Brandt to become available. I rarely leave his office within an hour of my appointment time. He has a large practice and it can be difficult to schedule an appointment with him.
