I was happy with my experience
I see Dr. Bunch at TO for spine issues and he and the staff are wonderful. Margaret is an amazing MRI tech at TO- super calm and comforting. Dr. Bunch has an excellent bedside manner and is a very skilled surgeon. He is happy to discuss concerns and alleviate any anxiety. I have had several spinal injections and honestly they were fine- no where near the pain other people talk about when they talk about their injections from other places. My nerve testing was literally a pain BUT Dr. Bunch made the experience as painless as possible. The office had let me know up front what was involved in the test process so I wasn’t surprised or alarmed. I found Dr Bunch and his staff very supportive and helpful.
After being diagnosed with osteoarthritis recently, I was referred to Dr. Bunch for an ultrasound steroid shot, which while in his care at this appointment, he was of the utmost professional and answered all my questions as well as gave things to think about in the future. I loved that he also prescribed some medicine for a trip I'm taking in June in case the pain got worse as a "just in case". Again, just very thoughtful and kind.
Dr. Bunch and his FNP, Angel, are truly exceptional! Their kindness and dedication to patient care made all the difference during my visit. When I saw them for my back, they took the time to explain everything thoroughly with such empathy and compassion. The injection they provided brought me much-needed relief, and I’m incredibly grateful to have such caring providers. Thank you both for making a real difference!
