Dr Brock has been a life saver and is very easy to talk to and I feel glad to have him as my mental health provider. I’m going through so life changing events and he was nice enough to help me through that with my medication’s that I needed and because of that new medication, I felt like I can deal more with what my life has been through than if I didn’t have it.
Dr . Brock is amazing. He helped me through a really difficult time. My problem is with his secretary, PATRICK. I was told to call 3 days in advance for my refills on my medication. And I do so 4?days because I woke up thinking it was a Monday. And the secretary was very rude. Making me feel like I am some drug addict or something. So Far.... This man has Saved my life!! Its mind blowing 🤯
This Dr turned his back on me when I needed him the most. Almost got committed asked for an emergancy appointment. Then they tried to blame me and my insurance. I have been seeing them with the same insurance since may. In November all of a sudden they don’t take it. Then basically cut me off without a care in the world I was have a breakdown. Told me to find a more qualified therapist to deal with MY problems 😆 exactly because you can’t handle anything but giving out meds. And both secretaries are completely useless, rude ... read more
