Appointment times account for the time he takes with me. I never feel like Im being pushed out the door in 9 minutes like other PCPs. He recommended a wonderful surgeon for an umbilical hernia i had. Everything always goes without complications. Nice and personable, too.

I have been seeing physician for approx 11 yrs. I scheduled my annual physical at 9:30 and my husband at 10. We arrived 15 minutes late as we travel approx 1 hrs each way from our home to see him. The office cancelled my appt as a no show before our arrival. They refused to “work” me in. We made these appt in October and both took a day off the see him. So much for customer service or being the least bit understand about traffic and unexpected delays
Dr. Bernal is an outstanding physician. He treats me like a special person and a friend by taking lots of time to explain how he will take care of my health concerns. I recommmend him very highly!
DR Bernal is the most caring doctor i ever met ,the very best doctor!
I'm suffering the worst withdrawals ever from the Paxil that Dr. Bernal prescribed me. I'm working out of town for inventory when my prescription has expired. Rather than refill the prescription until I return for an office visit- Bernal is perfectly fine with my body suffering extreme sweats, hallucinations, shakes, and uncontrollable emotions. I will find another doctor when I return back to town.
