Ken always goes a great job, and the staff is sooo good. Our family has been going to him for 22-25 years.
Today was my first visit with Dr. Ken Louie. He was very friendly and the staff were friendly and nice. Dr. Louie took his time to examine my teeth and gave an honest assessment.i would recommend Dr. Louie to anyone who is looking for a dentist.
Dr. Ken and his wonderful staff, always make my visit memorable, from their greeting as you walk in, to the update of my information, the procedure for my visit and leaving the office. I'm 67 years old and have been a patient with the Louie family since I was in grade school. First started off with Franklin and now with Ken. Even though my family moved to Danville, we keep traveling to Fremont for our dental work. Ken is great but his staff are the stars of the practice. Love them all. Even though my children are adults and have moved away, the staff always asks about their well being. I'll keep going as long as Ken keeps working.
Thank you for doing such a great job and for being so kind throughout my visit. I really appreciate how comfortable and well cared for you all made me feel.
