I was in the waiting room when the previous reviewer, who gave Dr. Embler a bad review, was at the window to the office. She had obviously called the number of another dentist for this appointment and mistakenly thought she was in the right office (there was at that time another dentist a few doors away with the sane first name). She would not admit to that. The staff was willing to re-appoint her as they were fully booked at that time with patients seated in the waiting room, myself one of them. I just love this dental practice! The staff and Dentist are just wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Embler to all my friends and have :).

I made an appointment with an associate by the name of Joanne for 10:15 a.m and of course I showed up on time and over heard the associates talking at the back about one of their patients but I still decided to go with the appointment. I knocked on the window twice and 10 minutes later one of his associates showed up. I told her my name and she said there's no proof that I made an appointment and she had no recollection of talking to me.
