Ive been seeing Dr. Chapman and his staff for several yrs now and they have been nothing but sweethearts with me. Im pretty out there, hyper a joker and even though I make them blush and Dr. Chapman wants to put me under anesthesia quickly to shut me up b4 I say something else im not suppose to say, " They are Great!" I love the whole staff if u have a problem with them maybe its ur attitude that needs fixing. I recommend them 100% God bless guys Happy New year's. Do what i would do lol
Absolutely terrible staff. Arrive early for 85 year old sisters appointment that took almost 2 weeks to get. When making the appointment all her medical insurance information was provided. We arrive early and even though she provided all her medical insurance cards but did not bring photo ID she was refused treatment but yet according to his website he volunteers 2 days a month to treat patients with little or no coverage. Dr. Chapman is the best. I had back pain for 6 years. I tried everything. Then I was referred to Dr. Chapman. For the first time in 6 years I don't have pain. Thank you Dr. Chapman.
My wife went for an epidural to relieve pain from herniated discs. Two days after the shot, she experienced severe pain in both legs which has not abated. She called the office but Dr. Chapman would not speak to her on the phone despite the fact that we’re out of town. He would only respond if she came into the office. After her treatment Dr. Chapman said his office would contact her within two weeks. It has been two months now, and no one from Dr. Chapman’s office has followed up with her. Dr. Chapman is an amazing doctor. He listens and takes his time in explaining everything to you. I was referred to him by a close friend and I been going to him off and on for several years. I have recommended other friends to him and they also agree he is great..
