Thank goodness we went to a different orthodontist Shimizu were going to extract 2-4 teeth in my 14 year old son. We decided to consult with another orthodontist who thought this was too aggressive and unnecessary We now finished the treatment with this other provider, and they straightened his whole dentition without any need for surgery or tooth extraction Shimizu is way too aggressive on surgery and should consider alternative options as opposed to one size fits all

We didn't have issues. I get the Dr might take a while but other than that everything was smooth. The front desk and staff are all polished and organized which I really liked. No issues so far.
