I went to see Dr. Kearns for a second opinion on a shoulder that didn't seem to be healing as it should after rotator cuff surgery. I found him easy to interact with. He is down to earth and has a practical approach to medicine. On my second or third visit I showed him the exercises my PT had me doing - 2 hours in the morning, and 2 hours in the evening.
